Cecil (Cec) Murphey
Veteran author Cec Murphey has written or co-written more than 130 books, including the New York Times bestseller 90 Minutes in Heaven (with Don Piper) and Gifted Hands: The Ben Carson Story (with Dr. Ben Carson). His books have sold in the millions, won numerous awards, and have brought hope and encouragement to countless readers around the world. Some of his most recent titles include Making Sense When Life Doesn't (Summerside Press); Heavenly Company: Entertaining Angels Unaware (co-authored with Twila Belk, Guideposts); Because You Care: Spiritual Encouragement for Caregivers (co-authored with Twila Belk, Harvest House); and Unleash the Writer Within (OakTara). He has eight titles scheduled for release in the next few months.
Prior to launching his career as a full-time writer and speaker, Cec served as a pastor in Metro Atlanta, as a volunteer hospital chaplain for ten years, and as a missionary in Kenya for six. He holds bachelor's degrees in education and religious education, as well as master's degrees in education and theology. The Richmond Virginia Seminary awarded Cec with an honorary Doctor of Literature for his contributions to the field of writing.

Twila Belk
Twila Belk, aka the Gotta Tell Somebody Gal, is a writer and speaker who loves braggin' on God. She works full-time with veteran author Cecil Murphey. Well connected through her work with Cec, she interacts daily with the media, writers, editors, agents, publishers, conference directors, and other industry professionals. She enjoys teaching at writers conferences across the nation.
Twila is the co-author with Cec Murphey of I Believe in Healing (Regal Books, February 2013), Heavenly Company: Entertaining Angels Unaware (Guideposts, August 2012), and Because You Care: Spiritual Encouragement for Caregivers (Harvest House, February 2012). She is also the author of Gotta Get 'em Fixed! Her work has appeared in a variety of publications, including The Spirit of Christmas, Christmas Miracles, and Disciplines 2009.
